Services and fees

Initial intake: Comprehensive medical, psychological, and social evaluation. After booking online, some basic information will be collected via the website. Appointments typically last about 90-120 minutes and are conducted in-person in Orange, CA. Standard fee is $800.

Regular follow up: Medical management and brief supportive psychotherapy as needed for established patients. Standard fee is $200 for a 30-minute visit. In-person and telehealth visits available.

Prolonged follow up: Psychotherapy and medication management as needed, for 45-60 minutes. Fee $300-400 (based on lenth of time).

Brief follow up: The appointment type is most appropriate for brief medication questions or paperwork. Fee is $100/15 minutes.

No show/late cancellation fees: Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a $100 fee.

Monthly pricing plan: One-time fee of $200 at the time of initial intake, and then $167/mo charged on the first of the month thereafter. You can cancel at anytime after the first month. Pricing is inclusive of all appointments. No show/cancellation fees do not apply.

Office policies

Insurance: not accepted; cash pay only. Superbills can be requested by individuals who wish to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

Medicare: due to legal requirements, I am not able to accept Medicare-eligible patients.

Cancellations: Require at least 24 hours notice, or up to full visit fee may be charged.

Scheduling: Appointments are booked on the website, but may be done by phone if needed. Availability for return appointments is typically within several business days, unless I am on vacation. Initial appointments are required to be in person at the office in Orange. Follow up visits may be in person or by telehealth.

Payment: cash, check, Zelle, and credit card accepted.
